Cross Walk
Good Friday, April 7, 2023 at 8am
Meet in LBC parking lot at 8am. Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate attire. We will walk down National Hwy on sidewalk to Cash Valley Road and back, arrive back to church about 10am and will then place the black drape on the cross on the front lawn, singing a hymn to remember the day our Lord paid it all for us!
Unite Music Festival
April 21 at 7pm | Calvary Baptist Church
Unite Music Festival present the gospel band, The Sound. The concert will take place at Calvary Baptist Church in Cumberland, MD. Doors open at 6pm, concert starts at 7pm. Tickets are available online at the link below or from Pastor Jim, $20 in advance, $25 at the door (if not sold out).
The Sound is a Dove Award winning band comprised of Levi, Jacob, and Rob Mills. Their distinct, country-pop inspired music has captured the attention and affection of fans around the world. They’ve performed live for thousands and, through television and social media, have entertained millions.
